  • What does the package include?

    The packages we offer are per person and per night. Includes:

    • Lodging
    • Breakfast, lunch and dinner
    • Access to the reserve (hot springs, waterfalls and caves)
  • What are the rooms like?

    The rooms are simple, decorated with Michoacan crafts. Some have two double beds and others have a king bed, all have views of the gardens. The rooms maintain the style of the fifties and the bathrooms are all remodeled. We do not use televisions in the rooms, that is why we design spaces for coexistence and reflection outdoors. The real attraction of Agua Blanca is nature.

  • What is the weather like?

    We are blessed to have a tropical micro-climate: the average temperature is 24 degrees Celsius all year round. No need for air conditioning or heaters. The lush gardens and surrounding reserve showcase the good climate.

  • When is check in and check out?

    Check in is at 2:00 pm and check out 12:00 pm on the day of departure. If you want to arrive a little earlier to start using the facilities, you can store your bags in the living room.

  • Are the Hot Springs hot?

    The pools have mineral waters. They burst from the earth at 88 degrees Fahrenheit, which is not hot, but warm. The minerals are therapeutic with many health benefits.

  • Is there Wi-Fi?

    We do have WiFi Internet, however, since we are in the mountains, sometimes it fails to work perfectly. We also promote disconnection to appreciate nature.

  • Do you accept pets?

    Yes, we are pet friendly, as long as your pet is friendly too! We have a regulation that must be followed.

  • How do we arrive?

     By entering “Hotel Agua Blanca” in Google Maps or Waze.
