50% Deposit* | Minimum 7 days before the scheduled date

25% Deposit* | 6 Days to 48 hours. before Check-in (2:00 PM)

0% Deposit* Less than 48 hours. before Check-in (2:00 PM)

General Policies:

• The Guest must check in at the front desk and agree to respect the internal rules of the Hotel, which will be provided in the Agua Blanca Hotel Experience Manual.
• The Hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables that are not delivered to the front desk for safekeeping.
• The Guest will have to pay the total amount of his/her stay, as well as any extra products or services purchased at the time of check-in. Otherwise, the Guest will be forbidden to leave the facilities and if necessary, the corresponding authorities will be informed.
• The Hotel is not responsible for any type of accident resulting from the misuse of our facilities.
• Children are the full responsibility of the adults they are accompanying. Therefore, the Hotel is not responsible for any type of accident that may occur due to carelessness of the minor.
• Pets are welcome at Agua Blanca, as long as the owner of the pet complies with the provisions of the Pet Regulations that will be sent to you electronically prior to your arrival, which you must sign at the time of check in.
• Adults who enter the Hotel accompanied by children or pets will be responsible for any damage they may cause.
• In case of any disagreement of a situation not foreseen in the present policies, it will be subject to the decisions made by the Hotel Administration.
